Ciorbita cu afumatura

                                            Ingrediente-1 kg de oase afumate de porc


                                                                   1morcov

                                                                    telina

                                                                pastarnac

                                                                 leustean

                                                                    ulei

                                                              sare si piper

                                                           ardei gras rosu

                                                   2 conserve de rosii in bulion

                                                     o mana de taitei subtiri

                                                                5 oua

                                              1l de bors( sau zeama de varza)
Mod de preparareSe spala toate legumele se taie( sau se rad) si se pun la fiert in apa impreuna cu oasele afumate, dupa ce s-au fiert oasele si legumele, punem rosiile decojite si tocate, sarea si piperul, mai lasam 10 minute si punem taiteii, borsul, si la sfarsit punem leustean, si ouale batute, punem capacul si lasam asa 10 minute inainte de servire.
