<h2>Mod de preparare</h2><div class="contentArticol" id="contentArticol"><span>Se sfarama drojdia intr-un vas mai mare se adauga putina apa calda, un pic de faina si se face o maia, se lasa sa creasca putin, si se amesteca cu restul de apa si faina.<br />

Trebuie sa iasa un aluat care sa nu se lipeasca de maini, si se framanta timp de 5 minute, se pune inapoi in vas se acopera cu un prosop de bucatarie si se lasa la crescut pana isi dubleaza volumul, 1 ora sau 2.<br />

Prunele care au stat in apa si sau umflatli se scot samburi se baga in blender si se paseaza pana devine o pasta se pune intr-o craticioara cu putina apa si un pic de vin si se lasa sa se ingroase sosul, se serveste cu salata de muraturi.<br />

Apoi stropiti o tava cu ulei si puneti puiul si cu marinata in care a stat si mai turnati un pahar de apa, acoperiti tava cu folie de aluminiu si lasati 20 de minute, apoi indepartati folia si mai lasati 15 minute.<br />
<br />
Dupa 15 minute stropiti cu mierea ramasa si mai lasati 15 minute, daca sosul a scazut mult mai puneti un pic de apa, scoateti bucatile de pui asezatile intr-o fafurie si sosul din tava al luati si al puneti intr-o craticioara cu 2 linguri de apa cu 2 linguri de faina, si zeama de la cealalta portocala si lasati pe foc pana se ingroase sosul.<br />
<br />
Se pune in farfurie bucatile de pui si se toarna sosul peste pui, se orneaza cu felii de portocala sau lamaie, separat se fierb cartofii se face un pireu cu unt se pune in farfurie langa pui si deasupra se presara <a href="http://www.bucataras.ro/articole/1476/marar.html" target="_self" title="marar">marar</a>.<br />

Daca este prea scazuta apa mai puneti apa, lasati sa dea un clocot si dupa aceea puneti legumele mai putin cartofii, cand legumele au fiert se pune si carnea, si rosiile din conserva care au fost taiate, se lasa sa mai dea un clocot si se pun si cartofii.<br />

Se mai lasa sa fiarba se incearca cartoful cu furculita daca este facut, la sfarsit se adauga cele 3 <a href="http://bucataras.ro/articole/2155/oua.html" target="_self" title="oua">oua</a> batute in ciorba si se vor face ca niste zdrente, se pune borsul la plic si leusteanul, se serveste cu smantana si <a href="http://ro.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leu%C5%9Ftean" target="_self" title="leustean">leustean</a> deasupra. <h2>Mod de preparare</h2><div class="contentArticol" id="contentArticol">Se desface varza murata in foi, se amesteca carnea tocata cu mirodeniile, ceapa, orezul, se taie kaizerul afumat in feliute mici, varza ramasa se toaca marunt.<br />

Se adauga si usturoiul pisat si o lingurita de boia iute, sosul de <a href="http://www.bucataras.ro/articole/1459/soia.html" target="_self" title="soia">soia</a>, sosul picant, daca nu va place asa de picant renuntati la boia, si la sfarsit se pune cutia de <a href="http://www.bucataras.ro/articole/215/rosiile.html" target="_self" title="rosii">rosii</a> in bulion care au fost taiate marunt si se mai lasa pe foc cam 10 minute.<br />

Dupa ce pastele sau fiert se pun intr-o strecuratoare si se scurg de apa, se pune in farfurie fiecare cat vrea si peste paste se pune sosul se servesc imediat, in loc de paste se poate servi si cu orez fiert.<br />

Se amesteca bine si adaugam si faina cat sa iasa un aluat mai gros care sa curga mai greu de pe lingura, se imparte compozitia in 3, intr-una se pune colorantul, in cealalta cacaoa, si cea dea 3 o lasam asa, si punem in hartiute un pic de compozitie alba, gemul compozitia roz si deasupra compozitia cu cacao, sau puteti sa puneti prima compozitie roz, dupa aceea alba, gemul si cacaoa, cum vreti.<br />

Budinca se prepara conform instructiunilor de pe plic, cand s-a racit se adauga untul si se amesteca bine, cand blatul sa racit se desface si se adauga crema racita bine se ruleaza usor si in acelasi timp desprindeti si hartia de copt.<br />

Se amesteca bine si se mai adauga untul topit si cele 3 galbenusuri, se amesteca si se adauga si restul de faina cat sa iasa un aluat sa nu se prinda de maini, se framanta timp de 10 minute (in bucatarie trebuie sa fie cald) dupa framantare se pune aluatul intr-un lighean si se acopera cu un prosop de bucatarie, si se lasa la dospit la loc cald, pana isi dubleaza volumul.<br />
<br />
Dupa 2 ore se pune putin ulei pe blat si se rastoarna aluatul, se mai pune putin ulei si pe aluat si se unge, se framanta inca 5 minute, si se imparte in 3 parti egale, se intinde o foaie cam de 1 cm grosime si se taie triunghiuri vedeti pozele pas cu pas.<br />

Se unge fiecare triunghi cu ciocolata si se ruleaza, se aseaza cornurile intr-o tava cu hartie de copt si se mai lasa la crescut inca 20 minute, se ung cornurile cu compozitia din galbenus de ou, lapte si zahar, si se se baga la cuptorul incins pentru 20 de minute, sau cand vedeti ca s-a rumenit un pic deasupra.<br />

Pentru garnitura - amestecati branza bine cu uleiul, zaharul, zaharul vanilat, galbenusurile de ou, faina si lapte, cand amestecul este omogen, adaugati albusurile batute spuma.<br />
<br />
Intindeti din aluatul rece o foaie pe care o intindeti intr-o tava cu fundul detasabil care a ft unsa si tapetata cu fainaturnati deasupra crema de branza nivelatio si puneti tava la cuptor, la foc mediu, timp de 50 de minute.<br />
<br />
Pastrati cateva fructe pentru ornare, si din restul faceti un piure care al puneti intr-o craticioara la foc mediu cu 2 linguri de zahar si se amesteca si se lasa pe foc pana se mai ingroase sosul, lasati sosul sa se raceasca si turnati peste prajitura, bagati la frigider prajitura pt 3-4 ore, se orneaza cu fructe si frisca dupa gust si imaginatie. In mijlocul fiecarui cerc se face altul mai mic se mai lasa sa creasca pe blat 30 minute, eu am facut si rotunde fara a le mai face gaura in mijloc.<br />

Se prajesc in baie de ule fierbinte circa cateva secunde sau 1 minut, se pune pe o farfurie cu servetele ca sa absoarba uleiul, se servesc cu zahar pudra, cu ciocolata, sau cu dulceata, sunt foarte bune se topesc in gura de moi ce sunt.<br />

<h2>Mod de preparare</h2><div class="contentArticol" id="contentArticol"><span>Aripioarele de pui se spala si se taie cioturile si se arunca, aripioarele gata curatate se taie in doua, se aseaza intr-o tava de yena peste ele se pune apa, uleiul, sarea, piperul, condimentele la plic, si la sfarsit usturoiul.<br />
<br />
Se pune la cuptor pentru 30 de minute, inainte de a scoate tava cu 10 minute se pune vinul.<br />
<br />
Cartofi se spala si se aseaza intr-o tava si se baga la cuptor langa friptura sau separat cum va este mai usor.<br />

Se aseaza cateva aripioare de pui in farfurie alaturi de cartofi copti cu smantana deasupra si <a href="http://www.bucataras.ro/articole/1476/marar.html" target="_self" title="marar">marar</a>.<br />
