Chiftelute cu piure

                                          Ingrediente-1 kg de carne amestec(porc-vita)


                                                                 pesmet

                                                     un pic de sare si piper

                                                 condimente pentru chiftele

                                                                 1 ou

                                                          ceapa verde
                                                          cativa cartofi
                                                       un cubulet de unt

Carnea tocata se amesteca cu condimentele pentru chiftele, oul, si ceapa varde, se fac bilute care se dau prin pesmet si se prajesc in ulei incins, se servesc alaturi de piure
